Waxing Unit

The waxing unit consists of rotating cylindrical brushes for product waxing. The brushes are outfitted with natural horse hair. Their number and size depends on the product type and the customer’s specifications. A special spraying system with nozzles is situated above the brushes. This spraying system is adjusted through an electronic dosing pump in order to achieve a precise flow rate and maximize economy. The rotation speed of the brushes is adjusted by a suitable inverter. A drainage tank is located under the brushes, in order to collect excess residue from the waxing process.

The products enter the machine through the feeding area, after which they are subjected to waxing by a brush/wax spraying system.

The machine frame is made of plain steel, while the parts which are in contact with the fruit are made of stainless steel. The stands are height adjustable.
